Kimberley trained as a Police Officer in the United Kingdom where she worked for several years in roles as both a Police Constable and Detective.
She was trained by the UK Home Office in evidence gathering techniques and specialized enhanced interviewing. Kimberley uses these skills when dealing with criminal defence cases and has obtained some exceptional results for her clients.
Kimberley has 12 years of experience working within the Adult Guardianship and Trusteeship Act, Personal Directives Act, Mental Health Act and represented clients who were found “not criminally responsible” under the Criminal Code of Canada.
She offers an exceptionally knowledgeable, practical and compassionate approach to her work involving those clients with mental health diagnoses, addictions, cognitive disabilities and cognitive impairments.
Her in-depth knowledge of the health care system, mental health system and criminal law allows her to obtain the best possible results for her clients.
Kimberley obtained a LL.B (Hons) from the University of Liverpool, United Kingdom in 2000.
